Yes! The State of Pennsylvania has certain requirements that we meet.

Home care includes assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, getting dressed, and restroom use, as well as help with household activities that make it possible to live independently at home. Our caregiver can be in your loved one’s home anywhere from 4 to 24 hours a day and help with personal care and activities around the house including meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care, medication reminders and more. Home health care involves receiving care at home from a nurse, CNA, or physical therapist and this care can be covered by Medicaid. These care services are often prescribed by a doctor or are arranged to help after returning home from a hospital stay or surgery. The visits from these professionals are often short and they do not help with activities of daily living. You can use home care and home health care services simultaneously to help your loved ones.
