The safety, health, and well-being of your loved ones are important to us at Assisting Hands Home Care which is why we make sure our caregivers are carefully screened and trained.  We only employ trusted caregivers who can provide highly effective home care and have the personality to treat your loved ones with respect and compassion.  They are also licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection.

Our senior care and companionship services include the following:

• Personal Care for Seniors: Many seniors may have difficulty handling their activities of daily living (ADLs) that are important for self-care. Our caregivers can help your loved ones with their ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, medication reminders, oral hygiene, and more.
  
  
• Elderly Companionship: Providing your loved ones with excellent companionship is a very important part of our services. Our elderly companions will develop a meaningful relationship with your loved ones through friendly conversation and we will regularly engage them in their favorite activities.
  
  
• Meal Preparation: If your loved ones no longer cook or enjoy help while cooking, we can prepare meals for them or with them. Our caregiver can handle the preparation and cleanup and ensure that their dietary restrictions are followed.
  
  
• Light Housekeeping: Physical limitations can make it difficult for seniors to handle basic housekeeping tasks. Our caregivers will help them keep their homes clean with light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, laundry, and vacuuming.
  
  
• Senior Transportation and Errand Services: Giving up driving is difficult for seniors because they no longer have the freedom to go where they need to go. Our caregivers give freedom back by providing transportation to important appointments and events and helping to run errands.
